FB Rice in Sydney is seeking a proactive and organised People & Culture Coordinator to join the People & Culture team in our Sydney office. This is a full‑time parental leave cover role until June 2028.

You will support the employee lifecycle across recruitment, onboarding, contracts, records and reporting, while assisting with learning and development and wellbeing initiatives to foster a positive workplace.
