# **Support Hub Operations Manager**

300 Blankets is launching a welcoming Support Hub in Brimbank — a space where people facing hardship can find connection, essential aid, and a friendly face. We’re looking for steady, compassionate leaders to help run the Hub and support our amazing volunteer team.

### **What you’ll do**

- - Be involved in the planning and start-up of the recent Hub.
- - Coordinate daily hub operations and ensure every visitor feels safe, respected, and supported.
- - Guide and uplift volunteers, creating a positive, inclusive team culture.
- - Respond calmly to challenges using trauma‑informed practice.
- - Oversee food and material aid distribution with dignity and fairness.
- - Maintain accurate records and uphold program guidelines.
- - Build relationships with local services and help track community needs.

### **About you**

You’re someone who leads with kindness, communicates clearly,



and thrives in community settings. You bring good judgment, warmth, and a steady presence to busy environments. Experience in community services, social work, health, or similar fields is welcome.

A driver’s licence, WWCC are required.

We support people experiencing or at risk of homelessness through Outreach, Soul Kitchen, and our new Support Hub. Our mission is simple: compassion, dignity, and human connection.
