Ghost Elite Charters operates two of Sydney Harbour's most striking vessels, Ghost I (an 87ft Warren superyacht) and Ghost II (a 122ft Majesty superyacht), chartered for high profile corporate events, milestone celebrations and private functions across Sydney Harbour.
Key responsibilities
Deliver five-star hospitality on board to match the flagship fleet, welcoming guests and anticipating their needs, and serving the food and beverage packages
Serve high-end events on Sydney Harbour, from intimate private dinners to large scale corporate and VIP charters
Table, bar and lounge setup including styling and setting up before guests arrive and resetting between back-to-back charters.
Coordination with the rest of the crew including liaising with the chef/galley and deckhands so food timing and service flow smoothly, especially for larger groups.
Facilitate the turnaround and housekeeping of the yacht by restocking and preparing the vessel between charters.
Representing the brand by holding the polished, professional standard expected by Ghost Elite's corporate, VIP and celebrity clientele.
About you
Proven front of house or silver service hospitality experience (fine dining, premium hotel, cruise or yacht background highly regarded)
Immaculate presentation and grooming standards
Calm, can do attitude under pressure with VIP and high-profile guests
Robust communication skills and genuine warmth with guests
