Mountain Heritage in Katoomba is seeking a Cook to join its kitchen brigade with world class facilities. Reporting to the Head Chef, you will help create memorable dining experiences with consistency in flavour and a variety of offerings.

Recent ownership aims to elevate the dining experience for hotel guests and the public. You will lead and energise the team, follow policies, maintain equipment and ensure high-quality meals while upholding WH&S; standards.
