Mercure Melbourne Doncaster is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead, mentor and motivate our team, delivering qualified and friendly service across restaurant and banquet operations.

Reporting to the F&B; Manager, you will oversee breakfast, lunch and dinner service, manage guest queries, assist with rostering and budgeting, and support staff training. Australian working rights are required (no sponsorship).
