Arcare Aged Care is seeking a dedicated Roster Coordinator for our Hove residence to ensure the facility is appropriately staffed to deliver high-quality care. You will be a key member of the frontline team, managing rosters, coordinating shifts and communicating changes to staff.

In this role you will collaborate with management to balance staffing needs with budget considerations, while supporting a positive work setting and patient-centred care.
