Apprenticeship Support Australia (ASA) is seeking a Full-Time Wellbeing Support Officer (WSO) to join our team on a 12-month fixed term contract , based from our Parramatta office .

In this role, you'll support apprentices and trainees throughout their apprenticeship journey by identifying barriers to success and connecting them with the right support services.

This is a virtual-first role, with support delivered primarily via Microsoft Teams, FaceTime, WhatsApp Video and phone. You'll work in a collaborative hybrid environment, typically 2-3 days per week in the office and the remainder from home following onboarding and training.

Our Parramatta office is conveniently located close to major train, metro and bus services.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct Progress Contact Visits via video conferencing and phone.

Identify issues that may affect apprenticeship or traineeship completion.

Connect apprentices, trainees and employers with appropriate support services.

Complete compliance-related spot checks for Key Apprenticeship Program participants.

Assist customers with systems, paperwork and administrative requirements.

Maintain accurate records, reports and data entry.

Identify and share business development opportunities.

About You

This role would suit someone with experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, call centres, sales or stakeholder engagement who is looking to build a rewarding corporate career.

Robust organisation and time management.

High attention to detail.





A current Australian Driver's Licence (required due to potential future government contract requirements that may involve face-to-face appointments).
