Bendigo Bank is seeking a Head of Group Strategy to shape the 2030 strategic agenda and lead the strategy function at enterprise level. You will partner with the Executive team and Board to translate vision into actionable roadmaps and drive capital allocation across Retail, Business Banking, Technology and Operations.

You will mentor Senior Managers and analysts, deliver high-calibre strategic papers, monitor regulatory developments, and ensure robust governance and performance metrics.
