We are looking for a professional, motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative. You will be one of the first points of contact for our customers, so having a friendly, confident and professional phone manner is essential.

Key responsibilities

- Answering inbound/outbound customer enquiries
- Responding to customer enquiries professionally and promptly
- Following up existing enquiries and warm leads
- Booking and scheduling jobs for technicians
- Coordinating with electricians, plumbers and air conditioning technicians
- Keeping customers updated regarding appointments and technician arrival times
- Assisting customers with general enquiries
- Helping convert enquiries into booked jobs
- Managing customer expectations and resolving issues professionally
- Entering and updating customer information and job details
