Aula Energy is seeking an experienced Head of Corporate Development on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover parental leave. You will lead enterprise growth through acquisitions, partnerships, and portfolio optimization across Australia and Current Zealand.

Reporting to the senior leadership team, you will build financial models, lead due diligence, and shape investment decisions with cross-functional teams including finance, technical, and legal.
