Nova Legal in West Perth seeks a Senior Corporate & Commercial Lawyer with 4+ years' post-admission experience to join our Corporate & Commercial team. Work directly with Directors and senior lawyers, taking ownership of matters and developing a client-facing practice within a specialist firm.
You will handle equity capital markets, M&A;, private equity, governance and general commercial work for ASX-listed and private clients, with increasing autonomy and robust client relationships.
