IAG is seeking a National Manager, External Dispute Resolution to lead the EDR function across Australia. This hybrid role is based in Naarm (Melbourne), Sydney, or Brisbane and involves guiding senior leaders, managing escalated complaints, and partnering with AFCA for fair, timely outcomes.

You will drive performance metrics, embed operational excellence, and support cross-functional teams to continuously improve customer outcomes in a large financial services group.
