Mercy Health in Whittlesea, VIC invites applications for an Early Parenting Practitioner. This permanent part time role (0.4 EFT) offers an hourly rate of $35.91 and is based at the Whittlesea Early Parenting Centre in South Morang.

The position supports families with children up to age 4 within a multidisciplinary team. You will provide emotional and practical care, participate in care planning, and coordinate with nursing and allied health staff to meet family needs.
