Rippling is seeking an experienced payments and regulatory lawyer to lead our global payments platform across APAC, with a focus on Australia, Singapore, and Recent Zealand. You will partner with product, engineering, compliance, risk, finance and commercial teams to drive regulatory strategy and implement practical, compliant product launches.

You will translate evolving payments and AML/CFT rules into actionable guidance, manage external counsel, and help embed a strong compliance-by-design
