BlueCare is seeking a Clinical Care Partner to coordinate complex clinical care for community clients in Coomera, Pimpama and surrounding areas. You will oversee assessment, care planning and delivery to ensure person-centred, high-quality care on the road across the region.

Essential qualifications include current AHPRA registration, a valid Australian driver’s licence, and a roadworthy insured vehicle for work. You will work autonomously within UnitingCare’s BlueCare network.
