Job Description

Above The Clouds Store As COO, you'll oversee warehouse and fulfilment, inventory management, logistics, customer service, retail store performance and studio workflow.

What You’ll Do

- Lead warehouse, fulfilment, shipping and logistics functions
- Oversee inventory planning, stock allocation and visibility across distribution centres and retail locations
- Drive operational excellence across customer service, retail and studio operations
- Develop systems, processes and reporting frameworks to improve efficiency and scalability
- Establish a consistent operational performance rhythm through KPI monitoring
- Identify opportunities to reduce cost-to-serve while improving service levels




- Support strategic growth initiatives as the business continues to expand
- Collaborate with founders and senior leadership to execute business objectives

Qualification & experience

What We’re Looking For

- Relevant tertiary qualification and/or at least 5 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience leading operations at scale, ideally in retail, ecommerce or logistics
- A track record of building and improving processes, not just maintaining them
- Solid experience with inventory, fulfilment and supply chain management
- A hands‑on, data‑driven approach to problem solving
- Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills
