Intereach is seeking an experienced operational executive to lead the Disability, Education and Care, and Family and Mental Health portfolio for twelve months while the substantive General Manager is on parental leave. Reporting to the Co-CEO, you will lead a team of Senior Managers and be accountable for performance, quality, safety and financial results across a large portfolio.

The role requires robust commercial judgement, capability to lead through reform, and a deep commitment to child
