Hall & Prior Health & Aged Care Group is seeking a Deputy Director of Nursing to support the Director of Nursing in managing our 135-bed Kiama home. You will provide clinical leadership to the multidisciplinary team and drive person-centred care across all shifts.

You will oversee clinical governance, accreditation readiness, risk management and continuous improvement initiatives while building solid relationships with residents and families.
