Technology keeps our resorts connected, secure and operational year-round and especially when winter is at its busiest.

We're seeking an experienced ICT leader to drive technology operations across Victoria's six alpine resorts , leading a geographically dispersed environment that supports over one million visitors annually and the communities that rely on them.

In this senior leadership role, you'll oversee ICT operations, cyber governance, service continuity and technology service delivery, ensuring reliable and secure systems while shaping future improvements across the organisation.

About You





You are a strategic and hands-on ICT professional with experience leading technology operations in complex environments. You'll bring:

- Senior ICT leadership and service delivery experience
- Strong cyber security, governance and risk management capability
- Experience managing vendors, managed service providers and technology contracts
- Knowledge of disaster recovery, incident response and operational readiness
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills
- A passion for delivering reliable, practical technology solutions
