The Role

- Manage a premium, diverse residential portfolio.

- Oversee the end-to-end tenancy lifecycle, including leasing, renewals, and inspections.





- Nurturing client relationships with elite written and verbal communication.

- Work closely with our Head of Property Management in a structured environment.

About You

- 3 years of residential Property Management experience.

- Current WA Property Management Registration, driver’s licence, and reliable vehicle.

- Thorough, up-to-date expertise in the WA RTA.

- Permanent Australian residency.
