About the role

Jenmill Pty Ltd is seeking a dedicated Factory Worker to join our assembly and process work team on a full-time basis at our facility in Warwick, QLD 4370. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high standards of quality and safety in a manufacturing environment. You will be instrumental in supporting our production operations, with the potential to earn top wages based on your experience, skills and performance.

What you'll be doing

- Operating manufacturing equipment and machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures and safety protocols

- Assembling components and products to specified quality standards and technical requirements

- Performing assembly and process work tasks efficiently and accurately to meet production targets

- Inspecting finished products and components for defects, ensuring quality control standards are maintained

- Packaging and labelling products ready for dispatch

- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work station and production area

- Following health and safety guidelines and reporting any hazards or incidents immediately

- Collaborating with team members to meet production schedules and deadlines

- Undertaking routine equipment maintenance and cleaning tasks as required

- Responding to feedback and continuously improving work processes and efficiency

What we're looking for

- Proven experience in factory work, assembly or manufacturing environments

- Robust attention to detail with the ability to maintain consistent quality standards

- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately





- Physical capability to perform repetitive tasks and operate on your feet for extended periods

- Reliability and punctuality with a strong commitment to attendance
- A proactive approach to health and safety in the workplace

- Good communication and teamwork skills

- Basic numeracy and literacy skills

- Willingness to learn new processes and adapt to changing production requirements

- Relevant manufacturing or assembly certifications or qualifications are highly valued
