About the role:

- Manage a broad range of complex family law matters , including property settlements, parenting disputes and financial agreements .
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering high-quality legal services .
- Lead, mentor and develop junior and mid-level lawyers , providing technical guidance and ongoing support.

The ideal candidate:

- An experienced Family Lawyer operating at Partner or Special Counsel level, or a senior practitioner ready to take the next step.
- Ideally an Accredited Specialist in Family Law,



although solid candidates without accreditation will also be considered.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex family law matters independently.
- Strong technical expertise across both property and parenting matters.
- A genuine interest in mentoring and developing other lawyers.
- Personable, approachable and collaborative, with strong leadership skills.
