About You

- Experienced family lawyer
- Current admission to practice law
- Confident in client management
- Confident in advocacy in procedural and contested hearings
- Able to competently represent clients at dispute resolution conferences (or mediation)
- Ability to prepare complex correspondence including legal advice and settlement proposals
- Preparing Court documents including applications, written evidence and draft Orders




- Able to form positive relationships with all stakeholders - colleagues, clients, lawyers, Barristers, court staff and other relevant agencies
- A history of being organised, adaptable, and not flustered when things get too busy
- Understands the importance of a positive work culture
- You can develop and foster positive working relationships with colleagues and other stake-holders
- Australian citizenship is required for this position
