About the role

You'll be involved in a wide range of farm operations across a cropping program on a 4,500 hectare mixed farming business in the Northern Riverina of NSW.

Key responsibilities

- Broadacre cropping activities (sowing, spraying, harvest)

- Operating and maintaining contemporary machinery

- Sheep handling and husbandry, yard and shed work

- General farm duties and seasonal tasks

- Assisting with day to day farm management and property upkeep

About you

- Valid driver's licence (required)

- Previous experience on agricultural farms, especially broadacre cropping (highly regarded)

- Mechanical skills (highly regarded)

- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently and within a small team

- Commitment to long term employment

- MC licence (desired but not essential)

- This position is unsuitable for seasonal workers
