Burgerville Marsden Park is looking for a reliable, motivated Food Service Kitchen Team Member to prepare food, cook menu items and keep our kitchen clean and organised. You’ll work closely with the team to deliver fresh, accurate orders and maintain consistent food quality during busy service periods.

Key responsibilities

- Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to recipes.

- Assemble burgers and other menu items accurately.

- Ensure food quality, presentation and portion consistency.

- Coordinate with the customer service team to complete orders promptly.

- Keep kitchen equipment, utensils and work areas clean.

- Restock ingredients and follow stock rotation procedures.

- Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace safety procedures.





- Assist with kitchen opening and closing duties.

What we’re looking for

- At least one year of kitchen, food preparation or rapid-food experience preferred, but not essential.

- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Reliability, punctuality and strong teamwork.

- Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen.

- Attention to detail and commitment to food quality.

- Availability for weekday, evening and weekend shifts.

- Valid Australian work rights.
