The Role

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Finance Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day finance function across multiple investment funds and corporate entities.

This is a broad role combining fund accounting, financial management, reporting and operational finance, with the opportunity to improve processes and support the continued growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee financial operations across listed and unlisted property funds and corporate entities.
- Manage month-end reporting, financial statements, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow.
- Oversee fund accounting, trust distributions, unit pricing and investor reporting.
- Coordinate statutory reporting, external audits, tax compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Support acquisitions, transactions, new fund launches and investment activities.
- Lead and review the work of a small finance team.
- Improve financial processes,



reporting systems and internal controls.
- Work closely with senior leadership on financial and commercial matters.

About You

- CA/CPA qualified with 6–7+ years' relevant experience.
- Strong background in fund accounting, corporate finance or investment management.
- Exposure to property funds, investment management or financial services highly regarded.
- Experience with trust accounting, distributions and fund tax advantageous.
- Strong technical accounting skills with the ability to manage multiple entities.
- Commercially minded, proactive and comfortable working in a smaller team.
- Confident working autonomously and engaging directly with senior stakeholders.
