Civmec Construction & Engineering is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to lead the estimating and tendering function from Henderson. The role offers leadership growth toward an Estimating Manager position, overseeing end-to-end tenders and a solid project pipeline.

You will mentor the estimating team, coordinate across disciplines, manage risks, and drive compliant, competitive submissions for large-scale mining, resource and infrastructure projects.
