Kong is scaling rapidly and seeks a Sr Sales Recruiter to own hiring strategy for revenue roles (Enterprise & Commercial AEs, Sales Leaders) in APAC. You will audit sales acumen, conduct deep-dive competency interviews, and ensure candidates can close six-figure deals in a rapid-paced scale-up.

You will drive strategic sourcing & headhunting, map competitor orgs, and sell Kong’s vision to passive candidates, partnering with Sales Leaders to define success for each region.
