Ikaya Finance is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day performance of a high-volume mortgage brokerage. You will lead the onshore and offshore teams, ensuring visibility, accountability and consistency across the business.

This leadership role focuses on process improvement, automation, and driving efficiency while maintaining high file quality and compliance as the company scales. You will partner with lenders and key stakeholders to support growth.
