Davidson is seeking an experienced Estimating Manager to strengthen its construction and fitout capability. You will stay hands-on with estimating while mentoring two developing estimators and guiding the quality of tender submissions.

You'll lead from initial review through to submission, produce cost plans and pricing, and collaborate with operations to ensure tenders translate into successful projects.
