Regional Sales Manager - Construction Equipment

CJD Equipment is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth across Melbourne, Victoria. Reporting to our Campbellfield Branch , with regular travel throughout the Northwestern region of Victoria.

Representing Volvo Construction Equipment , you'll be responsible for developing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and growing market share across a diverse territory.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Develop and execute territory sales plans.
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
- Generate new business opportunities and grow market share.
- Manage the sales process from prospecting through to delivery.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
- Achieve sales targets and manage forecasting.
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

What You’ll Bring:

- Proven sales success, ideally within construction equipment, heavy machinery, trucks, agriculture, or related industries.
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.




- Knowledge of the Victorian market is highly regarded.
- Current driver's licence and willingness to travel.
