We'relooking for aProduct Delivery Lead — a hands-onApplicationsProduct Ownerandtechnical Business Analystto join one of our IT Delivery squads. You willown a portfolio of internal applications spanning custom .NET solutions, SaaS platforms and modern microservices,working side by sidein a squadwith a small team of software engineers todesign,



prioritise andship solutions that deliver measurable value to the business.

AI is central to how wework,you'lluse tools like Claude and Copilot every day to accelerate analysis, prototype solutions and automate the repetitive parts of delivery.You'llhelpidentifywhere AI and automation can improve both customer and employee experiences across your product portfolio.

About You.

- A hands-on analyst at heart — happiest in the detail of requirements,processesand data, not managing delivery from a distance.

- A product thinker who cares about why something is being built and the value it creates, not just when it ships.

- Already using AI tools in your day-to-day work, and genuinely curious about how far they can go.

- Comfortable in technical conversations with software engineers about APIs, integrations,dataand solution options.

- A natural problem solver who enjoys turning complex challenges into practical solutions.

- An effective communicator who can simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences and influence decisions across business and technology teams.
