Premier commercial law firm is seeking a Tax Associate/Senior Associate in Sydney with 2–8 PQE to take ownership of advisory and transaction workstreams. You will handle complex matters, develop client relationships and work directly with esteemed Partners.

You will advise on tax structuring for M&A;, divestments, joint ventures and other strategic transactions, and assist with rulings and interactions with revenue authorities. A cooperative environment awaits.
