Aston Advantage is seeking an experienced maintenance leader to take ownership of a mobile plant maintenance contract in the Gunnedah region. You will lead two direct-report Supervisors, focusing on people leadership, client relationships, and contract delivery rather than day-to-day supervision.

You’ll drive maintenance scheduling, fleet availability, and outcomes, with opportunities to influence maintenance strategy and site performance within a large CAT fleet setting.
