Green Light Australia is seeking an Organisational Change Manager with transformation experience to join our team on an 8 month initial assignment. The role is mostly remote, ideally based in Melbourne, and offers a day-rate of $800–$900 (incl super).

You will develop change plans, governance, stakeholder analyses, communications, and readiness activities across the transformation program, coordinating with executives, vendors, and delivery partners to realise perks.
