Westpac Bank is seeking a Senior Retail Lease Manager to lead retail lease negotiations and manage key property transactions across Australia. You will negotiate with landlords and solicitors, interpret lease documents, and drive deals from start to finish while aligning with policy and timelines.

You will partner with Leasing, Projects and Operations teams to anticipate challenges, balance risk and prospect, and deliver outcomes that support the bank's growth and customer experience.
