ATSICHS Brisbane is seeking an Operations Manager, Program Evaluation and Improvement, a senior role in the Community Services Branch. You will lead reform initiatives, strengthen data-informed practice, and ensure services remain culturally responsive and evidence-informed.

You will coach teams, use client and community feedback, and oversee evaluation cycles, monitoring outcomes across family support, child protection, youth, housing and kinship care.
