About the Role

As Senior Contract Administrator, you’ll take ownership of the commercial and contractual management of a landmark 29‑storey residential development comprising 200+ residences just south of the river.

Working closely with the project and construction teams, you’ll oversee procurement, subcontractor negotiations, variations, cost reporting and contractual risk, playing a key role in driving commercial performance and successful project delivery.

This is an opportunity to step beyond traditional contract administration and take a more influential role, with the autonomy to shape decisions and drive outcomes.

What You Bring





- Proven experience as a CA or Senior CA on multi‑residential, high‑rise or commercial projects.
- Strong commercial acumen across procurement, subcontractor negotiations, variations and cost reporting.
- Confidence managing complex trade packages and high‑value subcontractor agreements.
- A proactive approach to contractual risk, cost control and stakeholder management.
- The ability to balance commercial strategy with practical project delivery.
