Our client in Queensland is seeking an emerging or established Senior Civil Engineer who wants to move from the technical doer to a trusted project leader. You will lead land development projects and gain broader exposure across diverse project types.

You will own projects, engage with developers and councils, mentor junior engineers, and receive guidance from experienced Principals and Partners who invest in your success. A explicit pathway to Associate and leadership awaits.
