MCA Engineering seeks an experienced Project Supervisor to lead shutdowns, maintenance works and small projects at our Parkes site. This hands-on, site-based role supervises shutdowns across local mining operations, coordinating resources and ensuring protected, efficient delivery.

You will liaise with clients and subcontractors, supervise site crews, and support business development while travel across Australia when required. Parkes-based role with strong safety and quality expectations.
