Rachel Carey Group is seeking an experienced, commercially minded Fractional CFO to partner with our CEO and leadership across a growing portfolio of businesses. This standalone, hands-on role owns the finance function and can leverage offshore support where appropriate.

You will lead financial planning, group reporting, cash flow management and governance, while driving improvements in systems, processes and automation to support scalable growth.
