Barwon Health’s Continuing Care Services seeks a Deputy Program Manager to lead strategic and operational delivery of community mental health across the Barwon region.

In this role you will support the Program Manager, mentor team managers, oversee portfolios, drive continuous improvement, and ensure alignment with recovery-oriented care and service frameworks. The position is permanent full‑time with monthly ADOs.
