Heidi is seeking a Growth Product Manager to own the product strategy and roadmap for growth mechanics, including viral loops, first-time experience, and monetisation. You will identify the mechanics driving the business, evangelise them internally, and work with engineering and design to ship measurable improvements across millions of weekly sessions.

You’ll analyze user behavior to uncover friction points, build dashboards, and collaborate with Marketing to optimize distribution channels.
