Kraken is seeking a senior Billing product manager to own the vision and roadmap for our APAC billing domain. You’ll partner with billing engineering, charging, issuance, ledgers and payments teams to deliver accurate, timely bills and solid client self-serve capabilities across markets.
You will drive metrics on accuracy and timeliness, balance local requirements with core platform capabilities, and lead with evidence-based decisions while communicating clearly across cultures and time zones.
