Responsibilities include:

- Greeting guests with a smile
- Engaging with customers and the team
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the restaurant
- Clear and concise communication
- Responsible service of alcohol
- Bar experience desirable
- Cafe experience desirable
- Excellent communication skills
- Enthusiasm and an outgoing attitude
- Commitment to excellent customer service
- Strong work ethic
- Strong attention to detail
- An ability to work in a busy team environment
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings,



weekends and public holidays, would be looked upon favorably.
- Full availability is a MUST over the Christmas and Current years period.
