About the Role You'll help lead food and beverage operations across one of K'gari's largest resort teams, ensuring guests enjoy outstanding service wherever they dine. From busy restaurant services and bar operations to conferences and special events, you'll support your team, maintain service standards and help create a positive and professional guest experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced hospitality leader looking to broaden their experience and grow their management career within a large and diverse resort operation.

Key Responsibilities Include

- Lead and support team members during service




- Create exceptional guest experiences across multiple outlets
- Coach and develop team members on shift
- Monitor service standards, presentation and stock levels
- Support daily operations and business performance

About You You enjoy leading people, supporting your team and creating memorable experiences for guests.

You'll Bring

- Experience in a Food & Beverage Supervisor, Duty Manager or similar leadership role
- Solid knowledge of restaurant, bar and food service operations
- Excellent communication, leadership and customer service skills
- Current QLD RSA and Food Safety Certificate
- RMLV Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
