Job Type: Full time PX Wealth is seeking an experienced Fractional Chief Operating Officer to join us in Melbourne. Working closely with the Founder & CEO, you will strengthen the management and operating rhythm, improve planning and accountability, and scale systems and processes as we grow.

You will bring 10 years in Australian financial services leadership, advise the CEO on operational insights, coach staff, and help convert priorities into practical action.
