Who We’re Looking For We are seeking a pool of freelance talent across three distinct design profiles. Whether your strength is in structural packaging, high-level creative direction, or trend-driven editorial design, we’d love to see your portfolio. Senior Packaging Designer An experienced packaging designer who can take existing product lines across kids, toys, craft, and games and completely elevate them. You know how to command attention on a retail shelf through color, hierarchy, and messaging, and you’re comfortable using AI tools for quick concept generation and image exploration. Major retail experience is a huge plus.





Senior Creative / Conceptual Designer A big-picture thinker who can “bring a fresh eye” and translate global trends into commercial product ranges. You thrive on the initial spark of an idea, using AI, trend research, and strong visual storytelling to build distinct visual directions from scratch before pushing them into development.

Trend-Led / Editorial Designer A designer with a contemporary, youthful aesthetic to help evolve the visual direction of the brand (journals, books, stationery, and lifestyle products). You excel at taking a classic, traditional aesthetic and modernising it with vibrant colours, fresh typography, and contemporary visual design without losing its core identity.

**The office for this role is located in Malvern, Melbourne – there is a good work/life balance with hardly anyone working past 5pm each day.
