Allied Health Receptionist – Part-Time | Baulkham Hills

At Balanced for Life Chiropractic, we're looking for a friendly, organised and capable receptionist who enjoys working with people and takes pride in helping a busy healthcare practice run smoothly.

We're a welcoming chiropractic clinic located inside The Hills Private Hospital in Baulkham Hills, with a close-knit team that values excellent patient care, professionalism and supporting one another.

The Position

- Permanent part-time – two weekday afternoon shifts
- Monday and Thursday afternoons
- Approximately 12 hours per week (final roster to be confirmed)
- Potential for additional weekday shifts from mid-December 2026
- Hourly rate: $29 + superannuation
- On-site parking
- No weekend work

What You'll Be Doing
- Welcoming patients and creating a positive first impression
- Answering phone calls and responding to enquiries
- Managing appointments and practitioner schedules
- Processing payments and maintaining patient records
- Providing general administrative support




- Keeping our reception and clinic environment organised and welcoming

What We're Looking For Someone who is genuinely interested in people, communicates confidently, pays attention to the little details and enjoys being part of a team.

You'll be comfortable juggling different responsibilities, using computers and learning new systems. Most importantly, you'll be reliable, adaptable and willing to learn.
