Lonestar Rib House, Hallett Cove is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Front of House Manager and Floor Supervisor to join our Floor and Bar team!

This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional hospitality experiences to our guests. As Front of House Manager / Floor Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of guest-facing operations, ensuring seamless service delivery, and maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction. This role is essential to the success of our establishment and directly impacts the reputation and profitability of the Restaurant.

Key responsibilities

- Manage and supervise front-of-house staff
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns and complaints with professionalism and resolve issues promptly and satisfactorily
- Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and professionalism throughout public areas
- Implement and maintain health, safety and security protocols within the front-of-house area
- Train, mentor and develop front-of-house team members to deliver consistent service excellence




- Monitor key performance indicators and reporting on guest satisfaction
- Contribute to marketing and promotional activities

What we're looking for

- Proven experience in a front-of-house role, ideally within a similar hospitality setting
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Qualified appearance and demeanor with a customer-focused mindset
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays as required by the business
- A positive attitude, problem-solving abilities and resilience in a fast-paced environment
